At Cardi Craze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email confirmation.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
